Maundy Thursday is an evening set aside to embody what the family of God really looks like, as we enjoy a meal together in the Social Hall and in homes around the city, share in the bread and cup of communion, and wash each other’s feet. This is an event for the whole family. Children under the age of three do not need reserved seats. Seating is limited and may fill up quickly. You must reserve a seat to attend.
We also encourage those of you who are interested in hosting a Maundy Thursday in your own home to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a simple (optional) liturgy. If you’ve never hosted before, Beth can walk you through it.
