What’s better than talking about our grandkids? We think it’s learning how we can purposely help them become strong believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. In March, Jerry Giles (Grandpa many times over) will share from his experience and from the book "Raising a Modern-Day Joseph—a Timeless Strategy for Great Kids" by Larry Fowler.
A lively time of Q&A offers opportunity for anyone to speak to the question of the day. January’s question: “How do I tell my kids their requests for babysitting has exceeded the limit?” Lots of great responses offered many possible solutions. We experience laughter, understanding, shared joys and sorrows in a loving and caring setting.
The surest way we can help our grandkids (and their parents) is by praying specifically for them. We conclude each meeting with several minutes praying in small groups.
Please join us next time and bring a friend! You’ll be glad you did.
